Description

Beached and awaiting its end in Akureyri, Iceland, this fishing boat caught my eye. Its green sheltered steering cabin, the horizontal boards, and its rusting nails add to the character of this vessel. The large trailing timbers in the foreground add interested to the vessel too. Its journeys to the cold and blistery North Atlantic are now just a memory of the better days.
