Description

Yes, water does roll off a ducks back. The weather was overcast, windy, and temps around 52 F. It was a damp cold day. I was photographing the pair of Mallards from across the pond and walked around to where they were in the shore's hidden grasses. The pair swam out and I captured this shot of the male after a minutes fluttering around in the water.
